Error (2): copy(./formdata/t_uploads_formname/somefile.doc): failed to open stream: Permission denied

Simfatic Forms tried to copy the uploaded file. However, couldn't copy the file because the directory has no permissions to copy the file.

If you uploaded through manual upload method, you have to give write permissions to the formdata folder for the PHP script. See this page for details.

If you uploaded through swift upload, try re-uploading the form again.
