How to integrate your form using Adobe Dreamweaver

Note: You have to upload the form to your web site first ( why ? )

• Open Dreamweaver and open the page where you want to embed the form
• Place some text "My Form Here" at the location where you want to embed the form. Select the text.
• Select menu Item View->Code
• In Simfatic Forms->"Take the code" page, press the copy form code button.
• Copy the 'Embed using iframe' code
• Back in Dreamweaver replace "My Form Here" with the copied form code
• Save & upload the page
