How to Integrate the form with your website

In the 'Take the code' page, follow the wizard steps to upload your form to your website.

Once the 'Take the code' steps are completed, you will get the 'Copy form code' option.

Press the 'Copy form code' button. You will get different options to integrate the form with your website.

You can embed the form in your web page or can add a link to open a popup with the form.

Even if your favorite HTML editor is not listed here, you can just follow these general steps:

For HTML editors:

• Open your page where you want to embed the form
• Switch to HTML source mode
• Copy the Embed using iframe' code from Simfatic Forms and paste in your HTML page

For CMSes

• Make sure your page editor does not filter out iframe code.
• Switch to HTML source mode
• Copy the Embed using iframe' code from Simfatic Forms and paste in your page
