Page settings dialog box

Press the Page Settings button in the Draw the form page ( Pages & sections tab ) to open the Page settings dialog box.

Page Title

A descriptive name to the page. You can optionally display the page title (using the page title widget).

Display the page only in certain conditions

Choose this option if you want to display the page only on certain conditions. Press the 'Add new' button to add conditions
