How to seamlessly integrate with your website

After you have uploaded your form to your website, you can embed the form in any of your web pages.

You can create a new page (just like any web page on your website) with header,footer and all common elements.

From Simfatic Forms->Take The code->Copy Form code copy the embed the form code and paste it.

The Form can be made a popup as well.

Add a link to your website to popup the form. Get the popup code from 'Copy Form code' box and update the link.
