Download log file dialog box

In the Form installation maintenance page  choose the 'Download log file' option (press the 'More Options' button for menu) to open the 'Download log file' dialog box.

The form processor script writes a log file as it processes the requests. The log file would be useful in troubleshooting situations.

Downloading the log file

Select the destination folder to download the log file ('Download To folder'). Then press the 'Download' button to start downloading the files.

Open Folder
Press the 'Open Folder' to open the folder where the log file was downloaded.
